All training and clinical practice will occur at Ballantyne Endodontics. Ballantyne Endodontics is the facility where the event will take place, but it is not offering treatment; it’s simply the venue. The clinic’s address is:

Your enrollment includes: 4 days of in-person learning, networking, mentorship, and clinical practice. Breakfasts, lunches, snacks, and PPE will also be provided, as well as a Happy Hour and dinner the first night.

You will need to cover: your own transportation to Charlotte, North Carolina, lodging, and any additional meals. You will also be responsible for your transportation between your hotel and the event.

You must bring extracted teeth with you. We will be practicing on them on the first day.

You must bring loupes (magnification 5.0 or higher) with you. This is absolutely crucial for endo!

You must bring your dental assistant with you. No, you can’t bring your mom… unless your mom is a dental assistant! Ideally, you’ll bring a dental assistant you’ve worked with for some time, so you can return home with advanced knowledge together and become a complete dream team! Bring an assistant you really want to invest in, professionally–for yourself, and for them! 

The assistant you bring to E-School LIVE must be able to suction and take an x-ray. You will be training live patients, so it’s important to have a qualified assistant!

If you cannot bring an assistant, you must tell me right away, and you will need to pay a $1,000 organization fee, which covers the cost of recruitment and the assistant’s time. I reserve the right to revoke your registration if you do not bring an assistant, and there are no refunds for the fee or for your enrollment.

You must have your own valid malpractice insurance to attend. You must provide me with proof of valid malpractice insurance immediately after you register. Please make sure you have arranged for malpractice insurance coverage to cover you as an individual practicing for this exposure in the United States BEFORE you register, as we cannot provide a refund if you cannot arrange it after the fact. This is particularly important for Canadian and international attendees. You must inform your malpractice insurance about this exposure BEFORE you register. Dental residency insurance is insufficient to qualify, as it typically only covers treatments offered through your program or hospital.

You must be licensed to practice as a dentist. You’ll be practicing, not observing.

Yes, you MUST bring a dental assistant to the event. Here’s why:

• It will allow you to get the best possible experience at the event.
• You’ll be able to complete 4 root canals on live patients, giving you tons of practice and mentorship from me.
• Your assistant will learn a ton from my assistants!
• Bringing an assistant is included in your fee; there is no additional cost to bring your assistant. However, there IS a $1,000 fee if you can’t bring one, and you must tell me right away. So instead, just bring your assistant! Way easier!

You want to bring TWO assistants? You bet! Please note there will be a $250 fee for the second assistant to cover the cost of hosting them at the event.

We’ll be covering in-depth endodontic topics, but what we cover is largely up to you, your questions, and the situations that arise during the live cases.

We will debrief each day regarding what takeaways we can learn from the patient cases we have seen in-clinic. Tooth stories are everywhere, and you’re going to hear a lot of them over the course of these 4 days!

Yes. E-School LIVE is only available to E-School with Coaching students. You must have enrolled in E-School with Coaching, completed at least Modules 1-3, and be an active participant in the coaching calls with your camera on, by the time E-School LIVE takes place in order to be eligible.

E-School LIVE is truly a next-level, hands-on experience. It’s important we all have the same baseline of knowledge so we can dive into more complex topics together. I highly suggest you join the waitlist for E-School LIVE in order to get up-to-date enrollment information.

No, the magic of this event is the fact that it’s in-person only. This is so each participant will have the chance to perform 4 root canals and practice other endodontic skills with live patients.

Yes, at the end of the event once you have completed your patient post-op calls, you will be awarded a certificate for 30 CE credits.

E-School LIVE does not include a payment plan option at this time.

Because there are so few seats available, and this is an in-person event, we can’t make the purchase refundable. 

Your ticket is also non-transferrable to another colleague. This is because I really have to make sure that every dentist who attends has been adequately engaged in E-School with Coaching.
